everyone looks good in a bolo tie
Of all the pieces I’ve made in my recent ceramic jewelry collection, I’ve enjoyed bolo ties the most.
I love taking something simple and making it my own - adding movement, playing with materials and color, creating a piece that can be worn and loved, becoming a staple of someone’s style.
So far all of my bolo charms have been ceramic, but I’m taking a stone setting workshop from Midnight Pacific in a couple of months so I can learn how to create bolo ties with cabochons set in metal!
I won’t leave the ceramic charms behind, though - I have an upcoming collection that I’m making for a styled wedding shoot that I can’t wait to share with you!
I have some pieces from my current collection still available HERE if you’re interested in snagging one for yourself or a friend - they look great cinched up on a dress shirt or styled loose as a necklace (which is how I often wear mine!).
